This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced GIs and new grads who are looking for a high-volume, patient-focused environment with a clear partnership track. Position Highlights: - 100% outpatient - No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities) - Scoping days: ~14 procedures | Clinic days: ~20 patients - 12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group - EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine) - All major insurances accepted Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary: Mid-$500Ks for new grads | Up to $600K for experienced - Long-term earning potential: $700K–$1M - Productivity-based RVU bonus - Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview) - BCBS health, dental, and vision (w/ coverage employer for family) - Generous PTO - CME annual allowance with time-off - 401K/403B with 3.5% match - Malpractice covered - Licensing fees covered - Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance Requirements: - Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology - Experience required for the Malvern, PA location - New grads welcome for all other locations MASC 103
