Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)
for the Intermediate Care/Step Down Unit-3 East. Hours/Shift:
Full-time, day shift 7a - 7p NEW GRADS WELCOME: $7500 Sign On Bonus

Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) - Bachelor of
Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred) - Students in the process
of completing an accredited nursing program.
Certification/Licensure - Registered nursing License (Required) -
Students in the process of obtaining a Registered Nursing License.
- BLS required within 90 days of hire Experience - None required
Department/Position Overview: The 3East - Intermediate Care Unit
atSentaraVirginiaBeachGeneralenjoys a supportive team environment
and nurse patient ratio including a unit based nurse educator, team
coordinator and manager. The unit has an active Partnership council
and is currently involved with the hospital Magnet redesignation
journey. All new grad RNs receive a 10 to 12-week clinical
preceptorship as well as enrollment in the Transition to Practice
Program. If you are seeking a fast paced, team based care
environment- 3East is the place for you! The patient population on
this unit may include: sepsis, hemorrhage, stroke, cardiac, trauma,
