• Full-time/36 hours per week
• Weekend Day Shift
• A minimum of 12 months of nursing experience is requiredThis position could be a good fit IF YOU ENJOY:

  • Developing a relationship
  • Acting as a clinical leader of the healthcare team
  • Driving decisions to assure the safest, most effective transition plan for patients and families

  • Helping to drive hospital and organizational strategic initiatives in always improving patient care
