Weekends and Holidays are per the department guidelines.Behavioral Health (Psych) nursing experience in an Inpatient or Outpatient setting is a plus. Candidates with strong Medical Surgical experience with a demonstrated passion for this area will also be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- - BSN preferred- - Current Maryland RN license or eligibility for Maryland RN license- - BLS required- - Psychiatric Nursing experience is not required but should demonstrate a passion for working with the psychiatric population and ability to learn.- - Preferred two year med/surg experience in an acute care setting- - Professional Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health or Medical/Surgical preferred
