Job Description:

A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Physician (1099 Contractor) for remote work in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal telehealth obesity care
Collaborate with advanced practice professionals and registered dietitians
Utilize evidence-based approaches to obesity management

Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree, board certified and a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine
Licensed to practice and prescribe in at least one of the specified states
Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
Experience working collaboratively with advanced practice professionals and registered dietitians
