Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis

Job Description:

Need 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience, Geriatric patient experience, NXStage Dialysis Machine experience
Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required.
Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred.
BSN - Preferred.
Previous Travel - Preferred.
Candidate MUST be willing to work posted schedule. Accommodations will NOT be considered!
Monday-Friday; Full-Time (40 hrs/week). No Call/weekends.

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric.
EMR: Crown Web.
Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color.

Requirements

Basic Life Support (BLS), Driver's License, Registered Nurse License, Skills Assessment: Dialysis RN, Tuberculosis Screening, Virginia State RN License
