In this exciting new role, you will develop a Nurse Aide training program and work as the instructor to train our new employees and start them on the path to becoming state tested nursing assistants! Our healthcare labor force is changing and we want to be on the ground floor training new talent!

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

Must have current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing
Graduate of an accredited RN or BSN nursing program
Must be willing to obtain the Train the Trainer Certification approved by the state of Virginia
Previous experience as a NATCEP Instructor/Coordinator a plus
Long Term Care experience preferred
Properly Train CNAs in accordance with up to date federal and state guidelines
This is a Travel Role
