Job Description:
ProMedica Senior Care provides a range of services, including
skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and
rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and
rehabilitation therapy. We are currently adding compassionate and

personal care to patients to promote comfort and support.In return

- ProMedica Hospice - Virginia Beach + Must have one of the
following: + Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health or
Hospice Aide i+ Is currently enrolled as a nursing student who has
had a minimum of 6 months clinical experience+ Has completed a Home
Health or Hospice Aide training program or a certified/state tested
nursing assisted+ Completion of PCA course (Florida Only)+ Provides
Personal care to the patient as assigned by the nurse+ Provides
personal care to the patient as assigned by the nurse+ Assists the
patient with transfers and/or ambulation+ Turns and positions
patients who are bed bound+ Assists with range of motion
appropriate for the patient+ Assists patients with meals+ Assists
Patients with toileting+ Perform light housekeeping tasis+ Observes
and reports changes in patient conditions and needs to the
