**Description:** The schedulers are responsible for setting up a patient chart in their EMR - inputting demographic information, address, phone number, email, obtaining the insurance information, etc. Then they would move on to scheduling an appointment - scheduling for a large practice with 20+ providers Responsible for scheduling new appointments and follow up appointments Get appointment requests through email, website, and their patient portal **Skills:** schedule appointments, Cerner, patient scheduling, patient registration, Medical terminology, Scheduling appointments, Patient access, Medical **Top Skills Details:** 1+ years of medical experience- registration or scheduling Great communication / customer service skills EMR knowledge **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** Medical receptionist or appointment scheduling experience Must be comfortable on the phones Surgery scheduling experience preferred **Experience Level:** Intermediate Level **About Aerotek:** We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
