recruiting firm specializing in placing top-tier Nurses and Allied
Health Professionals. We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare
Recruiter with a background in high-volume agency recruiting. This
is a full-cycle recruiting role that rewards high performance with
uncapped commissions and accelerated earnings as you hit key
placement milestones. What You'll Do Develop and execute strategies
to attract, screen, and place top healthcare talent Source,
interview, and present highly qualified candidates Manage the full
recruitment process, staying connected with candidates every step
of the way Build lasting relationships with healthcare
professionals to generate referrals and long-term success Daily
Expectations Minimum of 2 candidate presentations per day Minimum
of 3 successful placements per month What We're Looking For A
strong work ethic — not about hours, but productivity, focus, and
results Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competitive, financially driven professionals only A “hunter”
mindset — you're proactive, persistent, and unafraid of the phone
or LinkedIn deep dives Agency recruiting experience is required
Experience with ATS systems (LOXO experience is a plus) Clinical
background (RN, Allied Health) with recruiting experience is a
bonus, but not required Compensation 100% commission-based
