Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Content & Portfolio
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team focused on content strategy and execution for the Gale
and Thorndike businesses
Develop and implement a content strategy that addresses the needs
of global library, K12, and academic markets
Assess and improve content development and acquisition workflows to
enhance profitability and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a product management or operations role with
a focus on successful product development
Experience in budget accountability and financial management,
including P&L oversight
Proven leadership experience within a matrix environment
Strong ability to articulate vision and strategy aligned with
business goals
Experience leading teams through change and mentoring leaders
