Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute a global support strategy aligned with the
company's vision and long-term objectives
Advocate for customer-centricity and ensure swift and effective
issue resolution
Oversee and optimize support operations to consistently surpass
performance benchmarks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10+ years of experience in a leadership role at a private
equity-backed SasS company
Experience in transforming on-premises support to SaaS-based
organization
Familiarity with SaaS products, customer lifecycle, and support
processes
Experience managing and driving organizational transformation
