Design.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and design
initiatives aligned with business goals
Lead and mentor learning experience, product, and design managers
to foster a high-performance culture
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality
learning products and programs
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience building and delivering customer-facing
learning products
3+ years of management experience hiring, training, mentoring, and
evaluating learning experience designers
Experience working with product teams, technical staff, and a
passion for technology supporting effective learning at scale
Proven knowledge of building, operating, and scaling modern
technology applications
Experience developing formal business cases for stakeholders
