Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Manager (Remote) in Florida, United States.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Quality Management including incident reporting, policy development, and compliance oversight
EMR Support for medication team goals and policy updates
Manage Incident Reporting, Patient Complaint/Grievance Escalation, CARF Accreditation, Policy & Procedure Oversight, and Table Top Drills

Qualifications:

Currently licensed mental health provider (RN, Therapist, Nurse Practitioner)
3+ years of people leadership experience and 5+ years of administrative role work
Proficient in EMRs and experience owning investigation processes
Experience working cross functionally and monitoring behavioral health quality measures
Experience with eCQM and oversight over quality policies and procedures
