Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to drive performance and collaboration
Develop and implement customer playbooks to ensure customer success with the platform
Identify key metrics, manage customer success metrics, and foster client engagement

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience leading a Customer Success team
Proven success in driving business results and growth metrics
Cross-functional experience in building effective playbooks and success metrics
Experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through optimization and engagement
Early hire experience at a hyper-growth company is a bonus
