Description Duty Position Title: Program Manager (P/T) Work Location: Norfolk, VA Clearance Type: Secret Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:--- Manage multi-year IT initiatives related to IT Rationalization and the IT infrastructure and provisioning of circuits associated with various private shipyards in which MARMC ship availabilities may be performed.--- Manage IT project scope, budget, timeline, and risk, and assumes responsibility for successful completion of the project.--- Serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior managementThis includes being the main point of contact for all subcontractors.--- Provide knowledge of Industrial Management, Work Force Management, Financial Management, Business Operations and Maintenance Data Systems support (business areas correspond to the MARMC Production, Engineering, Finance, Command Support Services, and Business Departments).--- Ensure that all work is performed according to contractual requirements and performance standards.--- Ensure that regular feedback on performance is provided to the Government on all areas of contract performance.--- Ensure that all personnel involved in providing or supporting services under the contract meet requirements established by the Task Order, including security clearance requirements.--- Implement appropriate controls to prevent and detect cases of employee fraud or malfeasance and notification of appropriate security personnel to determine required actions.--- Provide Acceptance Quality Level (AQL): 100% Compliant, Contractor shall provide personnel which meet or exceed the requirements Qualifications--- Bachelor's Degree plus Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the management of projects involving Information Technology support services.--- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT projects involving design, maintenance, or operation of IT systems and equipment--- Possess vast experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
