    • Experience in information security and auditing with increasing responsibilities.

    • Regularly interact with all levels of management to present and discuss health plan business challenges in regards to the cyber security program.The Program Manager - Provider/Clinical Business Information Security Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationship between clinical IT leads and the multiple business lines with the overall cyber security program. This position will work with other leaders to coordinate needs from the business line into the cyber program. The program manager will assist with health system audit activities in conjunction with the cyber compliance program as well as the clinical IT groups. The Program Manager will develop runbooks for Mergers and Acquisitions within the health system, comfortable leading discussions at all levels of the organization, and have a general understanding of the provider business processes and the IT systems that support them.
      Security leader embedded within the clinical business lines/products to strengthen clinical security posture. Drive integration and enable security, risk and compliance management program, stakeholder engagement, generate voice and cyber security needs for business while mitigating business risks.
      • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) - Other/NationalThis role will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with the clinical business lines and the cyber security program. General knowledge of the business, and cyber technologies will be required.
        • Integrator and single point of contact for clinical business lines and clinical IT leads with engagement of appropriate security teams and functions for support/action/approval
        • Define clinical system based strategy for security with input from security leadership - including all functions
        • Be the voice for the clinical IT teams and business leads from a security perspective evaluating business/regulator pressures (expectations, requirements, & interactions) - day-to-day operational support
        • Support go-to-market activities for clinical system products by enabling security controls and requirements into business processes
        • Drive clinical security programs and operations including incidents/events, regulator/auditor/customer inquiries, etc.
        • Engage with business leadership (and own security deliverables while aligning to rest of cyber security strategy
        • Facilitate communications and roll out of training on policies, standards, procedures, certifications
        • Engage & collaborate on best practices with other BISO's and security leaders - emphasis on standardization & simplification.
        • Participant in industry forums, working groups and engagement with legal, privacy & compliance teamsPrimary Responsibilities:
          • Understand clinical business activities, processes, and technology leveraged within the organization in support of the health plan.
          • Develop M&A runbooks for due diligence and security integrations and assist business with M&A activities.
          • Be the main point of contact for the clinical system teams to assist with interaction with the security team to include audits leveraging the cyber compliance team, architecture recommendations, or identity concerns.
          • Coordinate security recommendations for architecture issues.
          • Support Risk, controls & identity management for clinical business lines.
          • Own clinical system exceptions, vulnerability & CAPA management
