Must have experience within the FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION SPACE as a PROJECT MANAGER overseeing USACE/IDIQ PROJECTS in order to be considered for this opportunity Description:Our client is a growing government contractor based out of the VA beach area. They do all federal work, and do a ton of work with the USACE. They do a lot of work on bases, and are currently managing a few jobs in the Hampton Roads area. - Projects tend to be around $250/$500 million. - Will do submittals - Will handle scheduling - Comprehensive workTop Skills Details:-Project Manager who can handle IDIQ work -Must have NAVFAC certification -Must have Federal Experience -Must be able to obtain a security clearance -A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying-Project manager-IDIQ-NAVFAC-Federal-OSHA 30-Security clearance-Design build-Construction management,-EngineeringAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Four or more years experience or equivalent in FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION project management required. Self-Starting, motivated and detailed oriented candidate desired-Six or more years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or equivalent in the construction industry required-Work experience in the design-build industry desired-Computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365, Internet, etc.) required-Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Procore ) preferred-CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required. Training can be provided. STS certification preferred-LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred-Want someone who wants to be in an upper level position within the Federal SpaceWork Environment:-Work will be around the Hampton Roads Area-Monday - Friday Day -Can be flexible with 1 remote day -Will be in office (50%) onsite (50%) About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
