Standardizes and optimizes clinical education initiatives to enable a clinically competent workforce. Promotes professional development application of clinical/health care expertise in specified patient populations. Recognized as a mentor; works to develop staff from beginner to expert status. outcomes. Accountable for defined aspects of staff development, education content, continuing education, and health plan compliance. Assists the organization to meet regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives, helps to improve the health outcomes of our members. This involves leading the assessment of educational needs, the planning and implementation of the appropriate educational strategies and evaluation of program outcomes. Collaborates with Clinical, Quality, and Government Program leaders to ensure educational and training needs are met.

Education and training for both clinical and non-clinical staff. Background in writing training plans and using various forms of education and training materials. Managed Care experience preferred with knowledge of various insurance plans such as Employer Group, Medicaid, Exchange, and Medicare.

RN Bachelor's Degree (required) in Nursing or Health Care Field

Master's Level Degree (required) in Nursing or Health Care Field or Education and Training
