Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Plant ManagerSummaryThis opportunity would be ideal for the experienced Material Recovery Facility Plant Manager who is ready believes they have the skills and attributes to effectively oversee and manage a team within our Material Recovery Facility at our depot in Virginia. ScopeAs Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Plant Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the employees and processes within the plant and ensure that objectives are carried out in an effective, cost-efficient manner.Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Plant Manager - Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a designated team of employees within MRF, including performance management, absence management and training and development.
• Oversee the coordination and supervision of team activities to ensure effective and efficient running within MRF
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company obligations, & Health & Safety
• Ensure daily maintenance activities are completed, recorded and corrective action plans implemented in conjunction with the Operations Supervisor
• Coordinate plant maintenance activities with production schedules
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required by the CompanyMaterial Recovery Facility (MRF) Plant Manager - should display the following:
  • 3 years of experience of leading a team
  • Previous experience working in the Waste Industry
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well with others
