Case Manager Project Link- Provide intensive Case Management to women who have a diagnosis of substance abuse. Job Responsibilities Assessments Treatment Planning Crisis Planning Clinical Intervention Supportive Counseling Complete Clinical Documentation Knowledge & Abilities: Services and systems in the community Serous mental illness, substance abuse Treatment modalities and intervention techniques Interview, treatment planning and case management techniques Special Credentials Must meet the qualification of QCM (Qualified Mental Health Professional) & QSACM (Qualified Substance Abuse Case Manager) and be registered with QMHP-A (Qualified Mental health Professional-Adult) with the Virginia Board of Counseling Pay Rate 25.09 Job Requirements:Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's Degree and experience to seven years in the fields such as Mental Health Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor or Social Worker - - - Must be able to: Pass Federal, State & CPS Background checks as required by licensing Possess a valid Driver's License in the State of VA or NC & acceptable Driving record by the DMV and proof of Valid Car Insurance and maintain acceptable status to meet job requirements. - Pay Rate 25.09 - Application Process WE OFFER---..ELECTRONIC APPLICATION---..Applicants meeting the minimum qualification will be contacted to fill out an application and interview.---..INTERVIEWS IN PERSON OR VIA PHONE - - Equal Opportunity / Drug Free Workplace Employer.
