Position Description Join our Production team to support our
rapidly expanding production operations. You will share your
quality workmanship on custom fabrications, physical assembly, and
wiring of utility control panels. About Trimark Trimark is an

producers, utility providers, and independent load serving entities
need to participate in organized electric markets, as well as the
information ISOs and Balancing Authorities need to manage the bulk
electric grids. Our team designs systems from concept to
commissioning, including system and network architecture, software
development, component assembly,technology
configuration,installation, testing, certification, ongoing
support, and maintenance. Growth & Development Working in our
production team will allow you to develop skills and knowledge that
will support opportunities to transition into other career paths
such as systems integration, engineering, metering, and field
services. Planning, purchasing, project delivery and our support
team are also growth pathways. Trimark supports movement and growth
within the company. Primary Responsibilities Independently assemble
and wire medium-complexity SCADA panels. Modify redlines and report
engineering issues. Perform continuity, insulation, and I/O
testing. Collaborate with engineers for design verification.
Document build progress in ERP or production system Maintain a safe
and clean working environment by complying with procedures,
policies, and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements High
School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver License and clean driving
record Strong schematic reading ability (one-lines, ladder
diagrams) Knowledge of UL508A & NEC wiring standards Basic PLC and
communication wiring (Ethernet, Modbus, RS-485) Effective
troubleshooting with multimeter and test tools General computer
skills, including proficiency with MS Office Ability to operate
hand tools, semi-automatic equipment, pallet jack, and forklift
(training provided) Physical, Mental & Emotional Requirements
Employees may be required to sit for long periods of time using a
keyboard and monitor display, travel to local locations, lift up to
40lbs, and push/pull up to 40lbs. Must be able to organize and
prioritize work in accordance with deadlines, adapt behavior and
work methods in response to changing conditions or challenges.
Employees will be involved with sustained activity required for
analysis, reasoning, and problem solving. Must be able to develop
and maintain cooperative working relationships, recognize
emotionally charged issues and respond appropriately, act with
professionalism, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Must be able to develop effective working relationships with all
levels of the organization and outside partners. Work Environment
This is an onsite role in our production facility located in
Norfolk, VA. You will work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled,
mixed-use warehouse-office space. Travel Requirement This position
requires up to 25% travel to support onsite installation
activities. Travel may include visits to customer locations, job
sites, and other facilities to assist with installation, testing,
troubleshooting, and commissioning of control panels or related
systems. Employees must be able and willing to travel as needed to
meet project and customer requirements. Were not perfect (no one
