Role Description This full-time, on-site role is located in Virginia Beach, VA. As the Senior Civil Engineering / Civil Division Leader, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, leading design initiatives, and ensuring quality and compliance with all project deliverables. You will provide leadership to the division, manage client relationships, and coordinate with teams to ensure deadlines are met. Additional responsibilities involve water resource management, project planning, and guiding junior engineers to achieve organizational goals.
