Job Description:
Team member who is able to design, manage, and produce right of
way and construction plans for a variety of Transportation
projects. In this position you will coordinate project design
schedules, conduct project scoping and cost estimates; you will
work with others ensuring project segments remain on schedule. You
will utilize MicroStation, GeoPak, OpenRoads and 3D Software.
Provide technical direction and support to the project lead and
perform quality control activities throughout the design process
communicating with stakeholders and external customers. VDOT is an
emergency response agency, as such, you may work outside of normal
work hours during emergency operations when services are
needed.
