CI Azumano is seeking a Support Specialist. This is a remote position. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Ensure that urgent ticketing queues, exchange queue, void queue, refund queue and error queue are being worked on throughout the day. Ensure when turning ticketing queues over to the next shift that all PNR's from their shift are cleared out. Be logged into Airline call back queue throughout duration of shift. Contact carrier's when tickets need to be opened, waivers need to be obtained and for situations that occur which cannot be handled internally. Conduct routine research of travel industry changes, trends and offerings to ensure they are working with the most up-to-date information when carrying out ticketing duties. Maintain a professional friendly attitude and demeanor at all times while assisting coworkers/agents in a timely and accurate manner. Competencies (Job Knowledge) Knowledge of Galileo & Travelport GDS Knowledge of Airline travel sites, online booking and registration tools. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of corporate travel consultant experience. Have the ability to learn new processes and procedures and effectively apply them to meet the needs of the client or organization . Good verbal and written communication skills, Preferred Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree At least 3-5 years of corporate or corporate travel consulting experience. A proven technical problem solver, who performs with calm and confidence under pressure.
