Location: Elizabethtown, NC (Onsite Position) Pay: $17/hour Adecco
is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a local
business in Elizabethtown, NC. As a pivotal member of our customer
service team, you will interact directly with customers and sales
representatives to provide exceptional support in various sales
functions including order entry, customer care, pricing, and more.
Core Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding
products, warranties, services, and order status. Ensure customer
satisfaction and compliance with regulations, contracts, and
company standards. Process and coordinate customer orders from
pricing requests to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to
delivery, pricing, commissions, and product details. Collaborate
internally to address questions, concerns, and issues, ensuring
seamless customer service. Review contract and purchase orders to
meet customers' quality requirements. Proactively identify and
resolve potential issues to ensure smooth operations. Clear holds
on orders as necessary to facilitate timely processing. Serve as a
resource on customer order processing and service procedures.
Maintain records, reports, and systems to track customer
interactions and orders. Support cross-functional teams such as
operations and engineering to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist
in training new associates on customer service procedures and
standards. Contribute to growth initiatives such as updating CRM
systems, contacting prospective customers, and supporting sales
efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: Associate Degree in Business or related field
preferred. 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role,
preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of customer
service principles, practices, and policies. Familiarity with
Fortive products, marketing programs, or customer-specific
requirements is advantageous. Excellent oral and written
communication skills with a professional and pleasant phone manner.
Ability to converse fluently in English; additional language skills
are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
internet applications. High attention to detail and accuracy in all
work activities. Pay Details: $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings
