Job Description Job Description Job Title: Laborer in Pre-cast Concrete Job Description We are seeking dedicated and hard-working laborers to join our team in the pre-cast concrete sector. This role requires experience in construction or manufacturing and involves physically demanding tasks such as tying rebar, heavy lifting, and working on your hands and knees. Responsibilities Tie rebar and perform other physical tasks. Engage in heavy lifting and maintain various physical positions throughout the day. Work on an assembly line setting up walls, tying rebar, and pouring concrete as needed. Meet structured production times independently while collaborating with a team. Adapt to varied work hours with a typical start time of 6 am, working 8-12 hours per day, and availability for mandatory Saturday shifts. Essential Skills Experience construction, concrete, machine operation, or assembly manufacturing. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Ability to stand, kneel, and bend over for extended periods (up to 12 hours). Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a laborer, machine operator, assembler, or carpenter. Familiarity with concrete and pre-cast operations. Possession of or willingness to purchase required tools: Speed Square, Hammer, Utility knife, 6” adjustable wrench, Tie wire pliers, and side cutters. Why Work Here? Engage in tasks on an assembly line with a focus on independent performance while being part of a collaborative team. Safety equipment such as hard hats, steel toes, and safety glasses are mandatory. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
