You excel in either: Mechanical/hard-skills side: framing,
plumbing, electrical, rough-ins Tile craftsmanship: waterproofing
systems, layout, installation, precision finishes If you have
strengths in both, even better. You will be working side-by-side
with a skilled Crew Lead, learning, advancing, and producing
beautiful work. What Youll Do Full bathroom and kitchen renovations
Demo to final trim Collaborate with your Crew Lead and Project
Manager Maintain our high standards of communication, cleanliness,
and consistency What You Bring 5 years professional experience in
residential renovations Strong skills in either tile or mechanical
trades Ability to follow plans with accuracy and accountability
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a clean
background check Positive attitude, team mentality, and pride in
