Maintenance Technician. Day-to-Day Responsibilities What Youll Be
Doing: Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles
service van, restocking tools and equipment Use your mobile tablet
to check your route and scheduled appointments Meet with homeowners
or property managers to confirm service details Identify equipment
issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers Track
and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements
are needed Perform services in a timely and professional manner.
What Youll Need to Succeed: Experience in operating pressure
washing systems, installing gutter systems, inspecting HVAC or
tank/tankless water heaters and minor plumbing/electrical tasks.
Prior experience in sales, door-to-door canvassing, or
customer-facing service roles with proven ability to upsell. OSHA
or trade certifications are a plus. Military or veteran experience
