Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand all aspects of marketing, from traditional marketing methods to digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities.
• Investigate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional flyers.
• Analyze and report on branch performance, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Work closely with a partner agency to create and implement effective SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
• Receive vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before sending them to AP for payment.
• Develop and manage content marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
• Develop research, guidelines, and strategies to effectively build rapport with customers, increase brand awareness, and grow market share for the A1 brand in their respective markets.
• Identify and scale successful strategies across existing and future markets and channels including creative, print, OOH, radio, and paid digital video, working closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, presence, and communication of the brand across multiple channels and markets.
• Consolidate and streamline planning, messaging, communication of service offerings and promotions, coordination, production, and implementation of advertising campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales forecasts and financials relevant to performance to help inform marketing strategies, working with internal and external partners to achieve brand and corporate goals.
• Work with teams to develop and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns including, radio, streaming, online video, and print.
• Coordinate with marketing agency to ensure brand purpose, messaging, and guidelines are maintained.
• Coordinate execution of media plans with the agency seamlessly while maintaining best practices through standard operating procedures Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on both traditional and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, print, and email marketing best practices
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
