    Job Title: Office Specialist

    Job location: Chesapeake

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. lunch break 12PM to 1PM)

    Pay Rate: $12.69/hour

    Job duties:

    Morning duties:

    Providing Office assistance to the Engineering Division. Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Design & Construction Management (DCM) section.
    • Compose, type, proofread, and mail correspondence, memoranda, documents, reports, tables and forms.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings for staff.
    • Daily filing and organization of files.
      Afternoon duties:

      To perform routine front office tasks for the receptionist area for the Development & Permits Division. Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Answering multi-line telephone and directing caller to appropriate personnel
      • Receiving visitor and directing visitors to appropriate personnel
      • Opening and date stamping incoming mail and distributing to appropriate personnel
