Job Description:
Wonderful opportunity for an executive administrative assistant
to support management level personnel for a commercial property
management division, accustomed to supporting multiple managers.
This position requires at least 5 years of executive support, and
thus a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
the diplomatic skills to support top level people along with the
necessary discretion, and proven proficiency with computers
(including MS Office 2007 Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
Specific responsibilities include managing multiple calendars,
providing travel assistance and expense report reconciliation. If
