Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Lead to manage the end-to-end
billing process and ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the billing process, ensuring timely and
accurate invoicing
Manage client portal configurations and troubleshoot invoice
delivery issues
Provide direction and support to offshore billing agents and
implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in billing, including managing sales orders
and high-volume transactions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or a related field
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, including
Accounts Receivable and Revenue
Experience with NetSuite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
other Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
effectively
