Job Description:
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Contract
Management Office of MY NAVY CAREER CENTERDuties--- You will
provide technical advice on contract specifications and develops a
Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the contract performance
expectations.--- You will monitor the contractor's performance to
ensure compliance with the contract PWS and Federal Acquisition
Regulations.--- You will enter proper data into the Procurement
Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system's (Wide Area Work
Flow) WAWF system to ensure requirements have been met and
contracts are promptly paid.--- You will monitor the contractor's
performance to verify the contractor has performed the technical
and management requirements of the contract for Quality
Assurance.--- You will provide yearly input to Contractor
Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) on performance of
contractual commitments.--- You will prepare interim evaluations to
inform parties of unsatisfactory performance and to recommend ways
of improving to ensure the terms of the contract are met.--- You
will determine if there is a continuing need for contract services
and provides timely justification for task orders, option
exercises, or follow-on contractsRequirements Conditions of

travel-related purchases.--- This position may require travel from
normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or
isolated sitesYou must be able to travel on military and commercial
aircraft for extended periods of time.--- Must complete Level Il
Type B COR training for DOD Standard Certification within 6 months
of employment and maintain competencies and training
certificationQualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least
one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11
grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent
experience in the private or public sectorSpecialized experience
must demonstrate the following: 1Provides technical advice on
