Position Overview:
The main purpose of the Sky Bar Supervisor is to ensure our guest receives the highest quality of services. To assist the operational running of the Sky Bar and Pool Deck and ensure that staff are fulfilling their duties to the best of their ability.

Reports To:--Skybar Manager
Supervision: Skybar and Pool Associates
Pay Structure:--Hourly, Paid Bi-weekly.
Essential Job Functions:--

• 
  
• Provide exceptional service to our guests.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of all service areas and public area on pool deck.
  
• Effectively communicate with team members of any special events, promotion, or beach activities.
  
• Effectively lead and coach team on standard steps of service.
  
• Maintain and inspect all equipment and contact necessary department for needed attention.
  
• Report safety concerns, equipment deficiencies, handicap chair functions.
  
• Assist in cash handling procedures including cash draw issuing and returning.
  
• Attending all staff meetings.
  
• Assist with inventories of all consumable and non-consumable product each month.
  
• Maintains a safe environment for hotel guest and employees around the pool deck --
  
• Provide direction and assist with the set up and opening of the Sky Bar Night Club.
  
• Monitor pool and area lighting and music levels.
  
• Ensure all tiled surfaces in the elevator lobby remain dry.
  
• Prepare pass-down report for next shift manager with necessary guest or operations.
  
• Provide supervision and assist in the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  
• Ensure stock rotation is applied when storing deliveries and that the correct storage method is applied to each product.
  
• Stock levels should be monitored throughout your shift and replenished as required.
  
• Assist with training and coaching of new associates.
  
• Report back to the managers on any areas where refresher training may be needed.
  
• Conduct Pre-shift before every shift with information needed to keep team informed.--------------------------------
  
• Ensure high standards of health and safety are always maintained.
  
• Complete required cleaning tasks in accordance with the Bars daily and weekly tasks sheet, ensuring the work has been completed to a high standard.
  
• Ensure all cleaning products and any other substance that could cause a health risk is used according to the data sheet.

  • 
    
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    
  • High school diploma or GED certification required.
    
  • Experience in a restaurant, bar, club, or pool deck operator is preferred.
    
  • Knowledge and understanding of ABC laws.
    
  • Hotel experience preferred.
    
  • Cash handling knowledge required.
    
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
    
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
