• Can multi-task and handle several tasks at the same time.
• Provide daily administrative functions supporting engineering and construction division.
• Manage customers' requests including walk-ins, emails, phone calls and FOIAs (Freedom of Information Act.)
• Have general computer knowledge and gain the ability to navigate City systems such as: Accela, Laserfiche, Outlook, GIS and other related applications.
• Analyzes development plans and is able to respond to questions about designs.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this class requires a minimum of six months of related, full-time equivalent experience. SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES: Depending on departmental operational requirements, may require valid driver's license and driving record in compliance with . SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies.
