What We Need Self-motivated individuals Automotive repair expertise Passion for the automotive industry Focus on serving customers Your Pre-Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3-4 years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred State Inspector’s License preferred Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years. Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
